Randall Poster 

Randall Poster is one of the most highly sought-after music supervisors in the film and television industries. His unparalleled taste and extensive musical knowledge has bolstered the work of some of the most innovative film directors of the last two decades.

In 1996, Poster produced the soundtrack for Larry Clark’s groundbreaking film KIDS, a foray into music supervision that led to high-profile collaborations in independent and commercial cinema. His selective, distinctive ear has been essential to the musical identities of critically acclaimed films including SCHOOL OF ROCK (Richard Linklater), COUNTRY STRONG (Shana Feste), MEET THE PARENTS (Jay Roach), THE HANGOVER PARTS I, II and III (Todd Phillips), and SKYFALL 007 (Sam Mendes). Poster has lent his skills and substantial musical vault to the works of directors Mark Romanek, Jason Reitman, Danny Boyle, Mike Newell, Frank Oz, Kevin Smith, Harmony Korine, Allison Maclean, and Sean Penn.

Poster has been an essential player in shaping the unique aesthetic of all of Wes Anderson’s films, supervising the scores and soundtracks from 1998’s RUSHMORE to 2014’s GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL. Poster has also developed musical identities for many of Martin Scorsese’s biggest recent projects, including films HUGO, THE AVIATOR, THE WOLF OF WALLSTREET, the hit HBO series BOARDWALK EMPIRE and VINYL. In 2011, Poster’s work on the Boardwalk Empire soundtrack earned him a GRAMMY Award for Best Compilation Soundtrack.

Meghan Currier

Meghan Currier is a music supervisor for film, television and advertising. Since 2011, she has worked closely with celebrated music supervisor Randall Poster on some of the industry's most creative and magnetic films and television shows including JOKER, THE IRISHMAN, ISLE OF DOGS, THE WOLF OF WALLSTREET, SKYFALL, BOYHOOD, THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL, and HBO's BOARDWALK EMPIRE, and VINYL.

Currier's recent music supervision credits include HBO’s HOW TO WITH JOHN WILSON, MY PSYCHEDELIC LOVE STORY, HIGH MAINTENANCE, WAVES, TIGER KING, PROJECT POWER, LITTLE WOODS, JIM & ANDY: THE GREAT BEYOND, and the forthcoming feature film SWAN SONG.

Music for advertising work includes: McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, Target, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Gatorade, LG, UGG, Gerber, Wild Turkey, Jimmy Choo, Tory Burch, Coach, J Crew, Prada, CFDA Awards, Facebook, AT&T, Tiffany, Google, MoMA NY, T-Mobile, Ralph Lauren, Warby Parker, DKNY, Walmart, Michael Kors, Toyota, Diane Von Furstenberg, Whole Foods, and Vogue.

Ms. Currier was a part of the GRAMMY Award winning team that produced the Boardwalk Empire soundtrack, the 2019 AICP Winner for Best Licensed Music/Arrangement for her work with Global Girls Alliance and The Obama Foundation, and a 2020 Guild of Music Supervisors Winner for the feature film WAVES.

Winslow Bright

Winslow Bright is a music supervisor specializing in advertising and branded content. As the Executive Producer at Search Party, Bright oversees the brand and advertising division along with music supervision for podcasts. Bright and her team work closely with agencies, production companies, and directly with brands to find or create the perfect music for their original content. With the ever changing landscape of music and entertainment, this can include music supervision, clearance and licensing, original music and re-record production, talent negotiations, and brand consulting.

Bright attended NYU's Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music where she honed her skills in songwriting, music production and performance. She quickly saw music supervision as a bridge between her passion for both film and music. Bright’s production work has been recognized by The CLIOS, The Association of Music Producers (AMP Awards), the Association of Independent Commercial Producers (AICP), and the Women In Music Awards.  

Recent supervision campaigns of note include McDonald’s 2021 Super Bowl Campaign with a medley of five licensed songs arranged for an a capella/ on camera performance, The Michelle Obama Podcast, Stella Artois “Daydream in the Life Artois” with an M Ward cover of The Lovin’ Spoonful’s “Daydream,” Calvin Klein’s “Deal With It” featuring music from SOPHIE and Moby, Tiffany & Co.’s & LOVE fragrance campaign with music from King Princess and Mark Ronson, MINI “Make Space” with a cover of “Don’t Fence Me In” by artist and on-camera talent Labrinth, and Toyota’s 2020 Super Bowl campaign featuring an original score from composer Sven Falconer. Bright is also an accomplished supervisor for independent film with recent credits including LOVE AFTER LOVE directed by Russ Harbaugh and BRITTANY RUNS A MARATHON from director Paul Downs Colaizzo.

Ian Herbert

Ian Herbert joined Search Party Music in 2014. As music producer for advertising, Ian works with brands, their agencies and production companies to provide the best soundtrack for all forms of their original content. This includes music supervision, licensing and negotiation, original music and re-record, brand consulting. 

Music for branded work includes: Sephora, Stuart Weitzman, Calvin Klein, Yeti, Louis Vuitton, Swarovski, Trident Gum, Belvita, Coach, MoMa, Chips Ahoy, Estée Lauder, Starbucks, Dick's Sporting Goods, Nordstrom, Bud Light, Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, American Express, Memorial Sloan Kettering, UGG, and GAP.

In addition to branded work, Ian is an experienced music supervisor and coordinator in the film industry. His recent credits include Raise Hell: The Life & Times of Molly Ivins, The Cat and the Moon. As well as One Night In Miami, Marriage Story, and the forthcoming Summer of Soul (...Or, When The Revolution Could Not Be Televised).

Milena Erke

Milena Erke works as a music producer for advertising, as well as music supervisor and coordinator for film, TV, & podcasts. She also leads Search Party's music partnerships with Nordstrom and Warby Parker, curating music for the brands' ads, online video content, and in-store playlists.

Recent Film and TV credits include: the 2021 Golden Globe winning miniseries THE QUEEN’S GAMBIT, PRETEND IT’S A CITY, THE DEVIL ALL THE TIME, DARK WATERS, DESTROYER, and the forthcoming documentary from Todd Haynes, THE VELVET UNDERGROUND.
